Reactions: the pictures of "Hollywood here I come" are online. As I was guest of Linda and John's, this diary will be in English. As you know the last news was the telephonecall from Linda in Tahiti about my visit in their house in Malibu, the story continues:
Feeling like a star
Thursday morning the limoservice picked me up in my hotel in Santa Monica. The driver turned out to be a bodyguard for many famous stars too. The car we drove was a Cadillac and driving heading to Malibu I was very excited as I wasn't sure what to expect. To take some nice pictures & video, I asked the driver to stop along the ocean. He also told me more about the Malibu region which is more quiet than Beverly Hills and is near the ocean but there are as well as in Hollywood/Beverly Hills many stars living there.
Visit
When we arrived, I was welcomed by Louis (the boy that helps out), Rita (Linda's sister), King & all the other dogs. The house was wonderful and don't hestitate to check the pictures yourself. Rita & I went shopping in the Malibu 'hood "Malibu Colony" where the Malibu neighbours also shop, wine & dine. There could have been a big possibility to meet some famous stars there tough unfortunately we did not see them. Getting tired of shopping, we had lunch in the same area and had a good talk about how you can go further after being laid off and how you can research your strengths and passions and develop them which was also a good practice for me for www.powerprofileren.nl especially as coaching in another language should be more difficult. Rita was very motivated and enthousiastic after the long talk and I was happy to be able to help her out.
Last day
Friday was the last day of the holiday and I was very happy to have the opportunity to spent this day here in Malibu. At 13.00 the Limo service was ordered for and luckily just 20 minutes before that Linda, John and their son Jason came in as Jason just picked them up from the airport. Still full of everything experienced in French Polynesia we hugged and said goodbye as the (this time)Lincoln limo was already waiting. During the trip to the airport The driver showed me also Venice beach were a lot of canals are. Dropped off at the airport my journey back home really begun,...

Thanks John and Linda for this opportunity to see the inside of a Malibu life. I never knew Tea tree oil could have this impact ;-) !!! A word to Rita: the best job for you is already out there, the only thing you have to do is reach out and grab it and make the effort we talked about. For Jason: very nice to have met you. I heard you have a strong personality and regarding your age you are in a very nice stage of your life. Life's really unfolding all it's beautiful colours to you. Enjoy it but don't forget that there is never only one way. That's the beauty of life: the fact that there are always many ways and many truths and being open to them makes life even fuller and more dimensional. I wish you all lot's of luck & happiness and I hope to see you in futuretimes in Holland or the US!

ik heb genoten de laatste maanden van je verslagen, foto's en verhalen. Heb trouw elke dag gekeken. Ben blij dat je weer thuis bent. acclimatiseer ze en bovenal afkickze. -

Welkom terug in ons land.
Heb de kans gehad om met jouw een onvergetelijke vakantie te vieren.
Zal voor je heel moeilijk zijn om weer met beide benen terug op nederlandese aarde te lopen.
De ervaringen die je opgedaan hebt tijdens je laatste dagen in Malibu zal je verder brengen op het pad dat je vor je zelf uit gestippeld hebt.
Leef je eigen leven en gaa vooral zo door op de ingeslagen weg. -

welkom thuis en na deze indrukwekkende en schitterende vakantie zal je wel even te maken krijgen met afkickverschijnselen. We hebben genoten van je verslagen en van je schitterende foto's. Vooral bij de laatste foto's vroegen wij ons af of ertoch niet een beetje blauw bloed door je aderen stroomt. Magnifiek. Kom bij van alles en geniet lekker na.
